

Hi, I'm Jessica!
I'm a Virtual Assistant, Trained Professional Organizer, and the owner of Verve Virtual Assistance.
Before starting Verve, I spent over a decade working in administration and office management, in industries ranging from hospitality, to healthcare, to engineering. Whether it was re-arranging an office space, creating schedules and task lists, or streamlining workflows for a large office, I would find a way to get things organized.

Eventually, I realized that what I loved most about every role always came down to the two same things: helping people and organizing. Once I realized I could merge these two passions, I started Verve in 2021 with the vision of helping people by reducing their stress, increasing their free time, and ultimately giving them the opportunity to live simpler and happier lives.

Seeing a clear way to organize things and develop systems is something that comes naturally to me, plus I'm one of those bizarre people who truly enjoys the administrative tasks that most people dread. It truly makes me happy to be able to share this with others, and create a sense of calm and order in people's businesses and lives.
Virtual Assistance: Packages & Pricing
As a Virtual Assistant, I'm fortunate to be able to work virtually with clients located anywhere in North America! I'm located on the West Coast of Canada (PST) but can easily accommodate any North American time zone.

Home Organizing: Location & Rates

Verve Organizing is located in downtown Vancouver, and works with clients located throughout Vancouver, the North Shore, and surrounding areas. I can also work with clients located on the Sunshine Coast on special request (*travel charges may apply*).
